About
In short:
A blog of travel, culture, decay, architecture, and the hidden stories that lie between.
In slightly longer:
Exploring and documenting the things that fall between the cracks, the places that didn’t get a second chance to go forward, and the weirdness in the mundane.
Less artfully put, this is basically a (dis)organised dumping ground for my photography and what I find on my many saunterings through whatever place I happen to be in, at the time I happen to be in it.
I don’t really want to pigeonhole this site into any one thing or the other, but taking a look around, you’ll probably get an idea of the kind of content I generally create. I don’t go in for ‘Top 10s’, ‘Why XXXX is the best travel destination’ or anything like that, probably out of a place of rather deep seated cynicism, so I hardly think I’ll have advertisers knocking on my door to give me free stuff or hire me as an 'influencer'. Instead, expect to see, what I hope are informative/entertaining articles and short pieces covering urban exploration, cultural oddities, urban landscapes, rural landscapes, landscapes in general in guess; and other associated miscellanea.
Now that's cleared everything up, go explore - just click around and you might see something you either like, hate, or feel indifferent about.
